HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN YOUR CAREER?
I started my career in software engineering in 2015 at a small company working on business management software leveraging Visual Basic and .NET.
FAVORITE OPAL PROJECT SO FAR?
My favorite project I have worked on here at Opal was an automated process for data integration into Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains). I built the project in an efficient manner incorporating clean code principles that make it rather easy to understand and modify the source code if needed, so I am extremely proud of that project.
A PROJECT YOU HOPE TO WORK ON ONE DAY?
I am a man who really enjoys problem solving so finding robust solutions tailored for our clients’ needs is something I look forward to in general.
FAVORITE TV SHOW?
My favorite TV show is the 2006 version of Battlestar Galactica. I find the atmosphere and plot of the show very interesting.
FAVORITE THING TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK?
My favorite activities to do outside of work are spending time with family and tinkering with various computer-based technologies like Raspberry Pi projects and gaming device modifications.
