Operations Package

Our Operations package helps users track and analyze their company's "Work in Progress" (WIP) and Utilization. The WIP report addresses a specific ConnectWise limitation by retaining data even after invoicing, enabling users to analyze workdays and compare them to other date ranges. The percentage billable and client utilization metrics, grounded in adjusted available hours, offer a nuanced view of team performance.

Service Desk Package

Reports within our Service Desk package provide not only a high-level view of your service desk, but also specific metrics such as response time, resolution time, open tickets, total tickets, and more. The Survey Results report offers an overview of total surveys and average scores, while also allowing users to delve into specific results.

Our packages are designed for the cloud version of ConnectWise Professional Services Automation (PSA). We have worked with the on-premise version, but it takes adjustment to connect to your SQL Server compared to the current methodology.
