Context IQ also provides a list of colleagues who work with specific D365 records so you can immediately chat and create faster results.
Seamless Teams meetings for sellers
Need quick information about a client during a Teams meeting? Context IQ lets you share record information directly in the meeting. The notes are also saved to the record’s timeline, making it easy for attendees and sellers to refer back to meeting highlights.
This capability is available for preview in early 2022.
Digital Voice for Dynamics 365 Sales
Engage with customers in one click! Using the integrated Teams dialer, sellers can make calls, answer emails, and join meetings all from Dynamics 365. Microsoft’s conversation intelligence technology analyzes the content of your meetings as it transcribes them. You can see featured keywords and prospects mentioned along with feedback about the sales pitch and customer satisfaction.

Live Copresence and Profile Cards
Users can now view colleagues who are actively working on a D365 record and if they’re available. To start a chat or call with them, simply hover over their profile name to view the options. The conversation will automatically embed into the record, too!
