Digital Marketing Intern
Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content for various social media platforms, and supporting our overall marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Actively collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience.
- Create compelling content for different social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Design eye-catching graphics, images, and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva to enhance social media presence and engagement.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media and share insights with the team.
- Support the development of email marketing campaigns, blog posts, and other digital content as needed.

Experience:
- Junior, Senior, or young professional with a degree or working towards a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Working experience either professionally or personally with various social media platforms.
- Knowledge in using either or all of these creative software: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or a design creation platform I might not know of.

Creative Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Creative Marketing Assistant to join our team as a full-time employee. As a Creative Marketing Assistant, you will provide valuable support to our marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and contributing to various marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Manage and maintain our presence on different social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and style.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities, and respond to inquiries and comments as needed.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and presentations, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics, preparing reports, and providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience working in marketing or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts for personal or professional use.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for basic graphic design tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
