Starting April 1, 2025, Microsoft is raising prices on all annual subscriptions billed monthly by 5%. This affects key products such as:
- Microsoft 365 (Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, E3, E5)
- Office 365 (E1, E3, E5)
- Dynamics 365 (Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Business Central, and more)
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
The price adjustment will apply across all products, segments, and licensing channels for both new and renewing subscriptions.
Additionally, there will be a second price increase, effective April 1, 2025, affecting the following Power BI licenses:
- Power BI Pro: Increasing from $10 to $14 per user/month
- Power BI Premium Per User (PPU): Increasing from $20 to $24 per user/month
