Azure Innovate

Microsoft has tripled its investment in Azure Migrate and Modernize, and now introduces Azure Innovate, a groundbreaking new offering. This initiative will guide users on an end-to-end cloud journey, from migration to creating AI-driven applications.

Microsoft 365 Copilot Pricing

Microsoft 365 Copilot brings generative AI to popular productivity applications like Word, Teams, and Excel. The copilot will be available for $30 per user per month for purchasers of Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, and Business Premium licenses. It combines business data with working context to deliver actionable responses to user queries, providing personalized and efficient interactions.

Bing Chat Enterprise

For businesses concerned about data protection, Microsoft unveiled Bing Chat Enterprise. Designed to keep information secure, this AI tool is now available in preview for Microsoft 365 E5, E3, Business Premium, and Business Standard users. A standalone subscription option will be available in the future for $5 per user per month.

More AI Access

Microsoft has expanded AI capabilities with Vector Search in Azure Cognitive Search, offering personalized responses and product recommendations. Additionally, a new Whisper Model for transcribing and translating audio content at scale is coming soon. Microsoft Fabric, a unified AI-powered platform, and Power BI Copilot for faster insight sharing are also in public and private previews, respectively.

New Solutions Partners Designations

Building on Gold and Silver partner badging, Microsoft introduced designations for “solutions partners.” The Training Services designation identifies learning partners, while the Support Services designation, in public preview, identifies partners with strong support capabilities and customer success. Designations for independent software vendors (ISVs) for Microsoft Cloud and industry clouds are also expected.

Sales Copilot now Generally Available

Sales Copilot is now generally available, offering a standalone subscription and integration with existing Dynamics 365 Sales licenses at no extra cost. This AI tool aims to boost productivity and personalize customer interactions for sellers, providing CRM task automation and real-time insights.

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights

Launching on September 1st, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights will provide a customer data platform and customer journey orchestration tool in one. This offering empowers sellers to make faster decisions and engage customers with more personalized interactions.
