- Microsoft Viva Sales: A new companion app that works with many CRM systems
- “Microsoft is taking the wraps off a new sales app on June 16 that it’s branding as ‘Viva Sales.’ Viva Sales is a CRM ‘companion’ app that is meant to integrate with Teams, Outlook and Office apps including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Officials said that it would work with Microsoft’s own Dynamics 365 Sales CRM app/service and CRM systems from other companies.” READ MORE

- Firefox boosts privacy by giving ‘total cookie protection’ to all users by default
- “The design change, labeled ‘Total Cookie Protection,’ aims to give enhanced protection against online tracking by limiting the ability of websites to read cookies created by third-party services. Access to any given cookie will be restricted to the website that deposited the cookie in a user’s browser, so a cookie created by one website or service will not be readable by other websites that a user visits.” READ MORE
- Google Maps now estimates toll charges for your journey
- “Google says that displayed toll pricing is based on “trusted information from local tolling authorities,” and takes toll passes and time of day into account when calculating the total cost. There’s also still a toggle to “avoid tolls” when calculating routes.” READ MORE
- New Android malware bypasses multi-factor authentication to steal your passwords
