Who is Nick Charles?
Nick is Opal Business Solutions’ Director of Shared Services. He works out of our Pittsburgh, PA, office and has been with Opal since February 2014. Nick manages the service board, the project board and works in concert with the Network Services Team to ensure projects and tickets are running smoothly. He enjoys working from home and it has been an easier transition than he originally thought.
