Lauren is Opal’s Project Manager! She has been in this role for about 5 months.

After Lauren graduated from college (Saint Joseph’s University), she was contacted by a local MSP company that found her resume on a job search site. She started as a sales assistant and spent ten years advancing to different positions which included an account management & vCIO (virtual CIO) role where one of her responsibilities was to manage customer projects. As a member of the Opal team, Lauren oversees and coordinates all aspects of a project, from initiation to completion.
