Who is Emma Thomas?
Emma has been with Opal since 2016. In her role as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, she works with the Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product line, SharePoint, and websites. Emma has acquired 2 certifications over the years: AZ-900 and MB-900. She has had an easy time transitioning to remote work, although she does miss seeing her pals every day in the Pittsburgh office. We are proud to have Emma on our Opal team!
