Cody is a Help Desk Technician and has been working at Opal for five months.

Cody helps clients solve a variety of technical issues and assists with larger projects. His best friend assured him that he was meant for a career in IT, as he has always enjoyed technology and has an aptitude for working with computers. Now he is putting his tech skills to use at Opal!
